FNG STAND-IN FOR ALLIANCE
2020-04-24      By: DJWilma

With Gambit Esports withdrawing from the WePlay! Pushka League, their captain Artsiom "fng" Barshak will be standing in for Alliance. Gambit hard a rather poor performance in the ESL One Los Angeles Online EU/CIS Regional, placing 7th in their group, only above B8. Alliance on the other hand managed to secure playoffs from their group, with Xibbe from OG Seed standing in. Unfortunately for Alliance, they lost their stand-in for playoff time, and had to substitute a new one in Cloud9 Sneyking.

fng stand-in for Alliance

Alliance may have had a rough start to the ESL LA Online event, but after getting in the groove with Xibbe, the only series they lost in the second half of the group stages was against Team Secret. This proves that if anything Alliance has shown some strong adabtability. At the same time Xibbe wasn't a native position 5 player, and fng is a veteran of the position. As long as in-game chemistry can be found, and their drafts can reflect fng's skill set, we can expect another round of decent results from this Alliance roster.

fng must be happy to not be sitting out

This makes the current Alliance roster:
1.Nikobaby
2.Limmp
3.s4
4.Handsken
5.fng*
